Facilitators
This retreat is facilitated by Heidi Lampén and Liila Mäntylä Peuralinna, who share a passion for creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore what feels true for them.
Together, we draw from meditation, body-based practices, coaching tools, and years of personal and professional experience supporting people in cultivating greater self-compassion, clarity, and connection with their inner wisdom.
About HeidiHeidi Lampén creates spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come home to a greater sense of aliveness, truth, and self-connection.
Her work invites people into a deeper relationship with themselves through greater awareness of the body, a more compassionate relationship with emotions, and an exploration of the patterns that may shape how they move through life and relationships.
At the heart of Heidi’s facilitation is a belief that meaningful change happens through safety, honest connection, curiosity, and learning to meet ourselves with greater compassion.
Participants often describe her presence as warm, grounding, and deeply attuned, creating a space where people feel safe to soften, explore, and reconnect with what feels most true.
About LiilaRather than guiding you toward a predefined destination, Liila’s approach is to walk alongside you, gently supporting you in reconnecting with your inner voice and uncovering what feels authentically true for you.
Her work is deeply shaped by her own personal journey, especially her exploration of what it means to feel safe, both within herself and in relationship with others. This lived experience allows her to create a grounded, nurturing environment where you can soften, open, and meet yourself with greater acceptance, compassion, and curiosity.
Liila sees life as an ever-unfolding journey of discovery. With warmth and presence, she invites you to step into that journey as an explorer, at your own pace, guided by your own inner rhythm.
For Liila, this work is about creating a space where you can truly exhale. A space where you are free to simply be, without the pressure to fix, change, or become anything other than who you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and gently explore your inner world in a supportive group setting.
It is not group therapy, nor is there any expectation to share more than feels comfortable. You will always be invited to participate at your own pace, honour your boundaries, and engage in ways that feel supportive for you.
There is no pressure to “break through,” heal, or become someone different. Our intention is simply to create a space where you can soften, reconnect, and meet yourself with greater honesty and care.
-
Body-based practices are experiential exercises that use the body as a gateway to greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. They may include gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, mindful awareness, and exercises that help you notice, explore, and integrate your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
No, you don’t need previous experience with retreats, meditation, or body-based practices. You are welcome exactly as you are. Curiosity is enough. -
When we work on ourselves on a deeper level, emotions tend to arise. Feeling and welcoming these, rather than controlling or suppressing them, can be an important part of making space for what wants attention.
Both facilitators are trained and experienced in supporting people through emotional processes in a grounded and supportive way. We aim to create an environment where you can move at your own pace and feel supported in whatever is present for you.
Because there are two facilitators and a small group size, there is also space for more individual support if needed. If something feels particularly tender or overwhelming, one of us can take additional time with you alongside the group process.
-
Absolutely. Many participants come on their own, and retreats often become a meaningful space for connection. Ahead of the retreat, we will help connect participants who wish to share rides.
-

Meaningful change often unfolds gradually. To support you in integrating what emerges during the weekend, this retreat also includes a post-retreat integration journey.
