An intimate retreat experience. Limited to 10 participants.

The retreat will be held in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a natural park with panoramic views. A private cook will be on site providing delicious, fresh, and healthy meals throughout the weekend.

What can you expect?

  • This retreat offers you the space to slow down and reconnect with yourself away from the buzz and stresses of daily life.

  • We will do this through meditation and body-based practices, meaningful connection, and time in nature.

  • You will leave the weekend with a deeper sense of inner safety and a reawakened connection to your life energy.

Why come? Do you feel that...

  • Your daily life, with its many demands and repeating routines, offers too little space to connect fully and consciously to yourself, your intuition, and your aliveness?

  • There are too many moments in your life when you feel triggered, upset, anxious, or frustrated?

  • You experience a longing for something different in your life, something more fulfilling, something more in line with what you really want and desire?

At the heart of this retreat is a simple yet profound intention: coming home to yourself.

Retreat Flow

Each day unfolds through a blend of body-based practices, reflection, meaningful connection, rest, and time in nature. While we hold a clear structure for the weekend, we also leave space to respond to what feels most alive in the group, allowing the experience to unfold in a way that feels supportive and attuned to what is needed.

Friday | Arriving and Landing

From 16:00 | Arrival and settling in
18:00 onwards | Opening circle, grounding practices, and shared dinner

Friday is an opportunity to arrive, not only to the space, but to yourself. Together, we begin settling into the rhythm of the retreat, getting to know one another, and creating the sense of safety and connection that will support the weekend ahead.

Saturday | Reconnecting with Yourself

Morning | Arriving into the day, guided practices and exploration
Afternoon | Reflection, connection, rest, and time in nature
Evening | Shared dinner, integration, and evening practice

Saturday invites a deeper exploration of your relationship with yourself. Through body-based practices, meditation, reflection, meaningful connection, and time in nature, we begin exploring what supports a deeper sense of safety within ourselves, while bringing awareness to the emotions, patterns, and ways of being that shape how we move through life.

Throughout the day, there will be space for rest, journaling, walks in nature, and simply being. Together, we explore what becomes possible when we feel more supported, both within ourselves and in connection with others.

Sunday | Integration and Returning

Morning | Grounding practices and reflection
Afternoon | Integration, intention setting for life back home, and closing circle
Around 17:00 | Retreat closing

Sunday offers space to reflect on what has emerged during the weekend and what you want to carry forward into everyday life. What feels true? What feels important to stay connected to? Together, we explore how you might continue nurturing the steadiness, aliveness, and connection that feel most meaningful to you.

The retreat continues beyond the weekend through an integration journey, including reflection prompts and a live online gathering two weeks later, supporting you in staying connected to what emerged during the retreat.

Nourishment

Food will be an important part of the retreat experience.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll be lovingly cared for by private chef Shani’s Kitchen, whose beautiful vegetarian meals bring together fresh, seasonal ingredients, vibrant flavors, and the warmth of food made with care. Expect colorful, nourishing dishes designed to support both grounding and ease. Her food invites you to slow down, savor, and reconnect with the simple pleasure of being nourished.

Dietary needs will be accommodated wherever possible.

Facilitators

This retreat is facilitated by Heidi Lampén and Jacco Levits, who bring together a shared passion for creating spaces of honest connection, self-exploration, and deeper presence.

Together, we draw from body-based approaches, meditation, relational practices, and years of personal and professional experience supporting people in reconnecting with themselves in grounded and meaningful ways.

About Heidi

Heidi Lampén creates spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come home to a greater sense of aliveness, truth, and self-connection.

Her work invites people into a deeper relationship with themselves through greater awareness of the body, a more compassionate relationship with emotions, and an exploration of the patterns that may shape how they move through life and relationships.

At the heart of Heidi’s facilitation is a belief that meaningful change happens through safety, honest connection, curiosity, and learning to meet ourselves with greater compassion.

Participants often describe her presence as warm, grounding, and deeply attuned, creating a space where people feel safe to soften, explore, and reconnect with what feels most true.

About Jacco

How it all started for Jacco:

"When I was in my mid-twenties, studying for my master's degree in London, I hit a wall. Struggling with anxiety and depression, I realized the path I was on was no longer right for me. Blind ambition and external validation could no longer guide my life.

What felt like a crisis became the start of a journey back to myself. Through therapy and years of inner work, I reconnected with my essence, intuition, and creativity.

That journey continues to shape both my life and my work. Helping others reconnect with who they truly are lies at the heart of what I do. I believe that living a freer, more authentic life is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves."

For over fifteen years, Jacco has guided individuals and groups through coaching, training, and retreats, helping people deepen their self-awareness and create meaningful change.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and gently explore your inner world in a supportive group setting.

It is not group therapy, nor is there any expectation to share more than feels comfortable. You will always be invited to participate at your own pace, honour your boundaries, and engage in ways that feel supportive for you.

There is no pressure to “break through,” heal, or become someone different. Our intention is simply to create a space where you can soften, reconnect, and meet yourself with greater honesty and care.

  • Body-based practices are experiential exercises that use the body as a gateway to greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. They may include gentle movement, breathwork, grounding, mindful awareness, and exercises that help you notice, explore, and integrate your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.

No, you don’t need previous experience with retreats, meditation, or body-based practices. You are welcome exactly as you are. Curiosity is enough.

  • When we work on ourselves on a deeper level, emotions tend to arise. Feeling and welcoming these, rather than controlling or suppressing them, can be an important part of making space for what wants attention.

Both facilitators are trained and experienced in supporting people through emotional processes in a grounded and supportive way. We aim to create an environment where you can move at your own pace and feel supported in whatever is present for you.

Because there are two facilitators and a small group size, there is also space for more individual support if needed. If something feels particularly tender or overwhelming, one of us can take additional time with you alongside the group process.

  • Absolutely. Many participants come on their own, and retreats often become a meaningful space for connection. Ahead of the retreat, we will help connect participants who wish to share rides.

  • The retreat will be held primarily in English. Participants are also welcome to ask questions in Dutch or Finnish if that feels more natural.

  • The retreat price includes the full program experience, facilitation, accommodation, and food. Participants need to pay separately for their travel and transport to the retreat location, as well as for their travel insurance.

  • Because this retreat is intentionally small and spaces are limited, cancellations can have a significant impact.

If you cancel before August 15th, 2026, any payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

Cancellations made between August 15th and September 14th, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations made after September 14th, 2026, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else (subject to approval and suitability for the retreat).

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, all retreat payments made to us will be fully refunded. Please note that we cannot reimburse travel costs or other personal expenses. You will also need to have your own travel insurance.

If finances are a barrier to joining, please feel free to reach out using the button in the FAQ section. We may have limited flexibility available for payment plans.

  • Meaningful change often unfolds gradually. To support you in integrating what emerges during the weekend, this retreat also includes a post-retreat integration journey.

This includes five guided reflection prompts shared over two weeks, followed by a live online integration gathering 14 days after the retreat. The intention is to support you in bringing what you discover during the retreat into everyday life in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
