From there, we’ll gently explore what’s showing up, maybe through noticing sensation, working with breath, following a movement impulse, or simply being with what’s present in silence or words.
This work often includes noticing sensations, patterns, reactions, or protective parts of you that are trying to keep you safe. Beyond the story, we feel into what is said between the words and the energy that is present. Rather than talking about things from a distance, we stay close to the moment, learning how to meet discomfort without pushing it away, and gradually building a deeper sense of safety within.
I’ll guide you with questions, reflections, and steady support, always at a pace that honors your system.
